Whole Hemp Seeds
Hemp seeds, either whole or hulled, can be ground into a nutritious flour that can be used to produce baked goods such as pasta, cakes, and breads. The seeds are made up of 25% protein, 30% carbohydrate, and 15% insoluble fibre, and vitamins and minerals. The whole hemp seeds can be cold-pressed for oil, or hulled to extract the seed core.
Beers and ales based on hemp seeds are considered to taste superior to other beers.
